Overview
The IGA Callala Triathlon Festival is much loved by those who know this as the “Boutique Triathlon”. Set on the northern shores of Jervis Bay, Callala Beach is a pristine location with a laid back feel. The festival features the popular distances Standard, Sprint, Super Sprint and an Aquabike event (Swim, Bike only – Standard Distance), ensuring there is something for all ages and abilities!

Event Central is at the Callala Beach Community Hall and Car Park: Cnr of Quay Road and Centre St in Callala Beach.
Coming south from Sydney, you will need to find the M1 and make your way towards Nowra.
The Berry bypass is now in operation speeding up the journey time from Sydney. However, you may wish to stop in Berry township, with its beautiful cafes, boutique shops and the famous ‘donut van’
Then, once you have made your way through Nowra, about 10km further south you are looking for the left turn onto Forest Road. Be mindful that this road will close at 7:30am so plan extra time to take the detoured route which is via Greenwell Point Road.
Taking this, about 3km later you then have a right turn on Callala Beach Rd . This will take you into the township and onto your required destination of the Community Hall found at the end of Centre St.
** IMPORTANT – Please note the road closure times of Forest Road (where the bike course takes place for most races) and that alternative access is via Greenwell Point Road. See best access routes here. **
